Backdrop Care

Problems

Please call us immediately if you have any problems with your backdrop, or are unsure of how to hang the backdrop. If you collect your backdrop direct from us we can supply you with the rigging we use.

Repairs and Damages

You must make no alterations to our backdrops, in the unlikely event our backdrop gets torn or marked please notify us immediately and do not try to repair the damage yourself as this could add further costs. All backdrops are checked on their return to the warehouse any damages will be noted.

Unfolding/Refolding

Before you unfold the backdrop, please make sure that the area is clean and dry with no objects etc to catch it on. Remove the backdrop from its travel bag, putting it safely away for later use. Remember how the backdrop is folded so that you can re-fold it the same way after your event. You will need two people to unfold the backdrop, with the unpainted side facing the floor.

Caring for our Backdrops

We are delighted that you have chosen to rent your backdrops from us. We are proud of the quality of our backdrops and hope that they will help to enhance your event.

To ensure that the backdrops are kept in the best possible conditions for future customers please follow the instructions carefully

Our warehouse team carefully checks the backdrop before they are sent out to you. They will arrive in a plastic bag. This can be kept for use at the end of the event to send it back to us.

You will note that the backdrop is also kept in a travel bag with its own picture on it (if you are having more than one backdrop, please make sure each backdrop is returned in its correct bag).
